2. Contracting Procedures:
2.1. Upon initial announcement of available advertising displays
•Contracts with advertisers shall be signed in compliance with the submitted written intention, by filling in the application form for
using an advertising display (Appendix 1);
•In case there are more than one applicant for one and the same  advertising display, contract shall be concluded with the applicant
who  has submitted application form first;
2.2. When an advertiser proposes to place a new advertising display, which is not described in the advertising plans, the contract may be
signed only after the particular advertising equipment is approved by a committee of Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD.
3. Advertising restrictions and requirements:
3.1. It is not allowed to advertise:

3.1.1. Narcotic drugs and other psychotropic substances;
3.1.2. Medical products and medical treatment prohibited or restricted by the legislation in force;
3.1.3. Positive quality of tobacco products;
3.1.4. Direct advertising of alcoholic beverages;
3.1.5. Pornographic materials;
3.1.6. Weapons;
3.1.7. Religion and religion community;
3.1.8. Others which are expressly forbidden to be advertised by the law;
3.2. The design of the advertising displays, which will be installed, has to be coordinated with Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD.
3.3. The Lessee shall be responsible and compensate Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD for al sanctions incurred, payment of compensation or other debts resulting from claims caused in relation with the use of the advertising displays in violation of the legal prohibition referring to the advertising message, or copy right or other intellectual rights, incl. trademark and industrial property rights or other third party rights provided by the law or contract.
